Reimagining the perfect Dachshund harness was just the beginning of our journey. 

We have been asked time and again ‘Why design yet another dog harness in an already saturated market?’

Our answer was simple ‘Because no other company is dedicated specifically to solving the critical issues faced by almost all Dachshund owners, and we are designing primarily to fulfil our own very real needs.’

Dogs pulling out backwards, the inexplicable ability for dogs to escape harnesses, how ill fitting harnesses so frequently rub, the reality that many Dachshunds do not like anything pulled over their heads. The fact that Dachshunds frequently come in pairs, so quick and easy fitting and removal is essential, as well as the necessity for our performance equipment to be machine washable and quick drying. Also we want to challenge fast fashion within the pet industry and explore if it is possible to design and engineer a dog harness for life? 

Staying focussed has allowed us to critically evaluate our products at every stage of development. Retaining our own specialist in-house production team has allowed us to adapt our designs in real time as issues have arisen and we have sourced and designed better solutions and materials to continually assess and improve our products without waste or dead stock issues. 

Approaching from a product design perspective, we have invested over 5 years into research and development, sourcing the highest quality, performance fabrics and developing our specialised construction techniques to craft our newest release which we believe is the safest, most comfortable and now the most durable technical harness available for Dachshunds.

Developed from our exacting master patterns to provide exceptional fit, security and comfort, but crafted from a new double layer of classic, high performance grade, breathable mesh, allowing us to revolutionise construction to craft invisible arm seams with an enhanced range of motion and further minimised rub. Upgrading to tough technical workwear fabrics and abrasion resistant herringbone binding makes this harness, quite possibly, the most durable harness on the market.
